Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Billseye mobile application ("App") or visiting our website at https://Billseye.com ("Site"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Billseye, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you are using Billseye on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

Billseye is an Android-based invoice and billing management application designed for businesses and professionals. The App allows users to:

• Create, manage, and send invoices to clients

• Track payment statuses and billing history

• Manage client and vendor contact information

• Generate financial reports and summaries

• Receive notifications related to invoice activity

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

To use Billseye, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration

• Maintain and promptly update your account information

• Keep your login credentials confidential and secure

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Billseye only for lawful business purposes. You must not:

• Use the App to commit fraud, send false invoices, or misrepresent financial information

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App or its infrastructure

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App

• Use automated means to access or scrape data from the App

• Transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality within Billseye — including but not limited to the software, design, logos, and text — are the exclusive property of Billseye and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for its intended purpose.

6. Payment and Subscription

Certain features of Billseye may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refund eligibility is subject to our Refund Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Billseye does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components

• Billseye is not responsible for any data loss, financial loss, or business disruption arising from your use of the App

• Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Billseye and its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. You may also delete your account at any time through the App settings.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Georgia.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
